📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update inventory records using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and track inventory, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Monitor and report on shipment status, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including route optimization and fleet management.
• Maintain and update client records, including contact information and shipment history.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or transportation environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
