📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee departmental operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate and manage departmental projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.,Monitor departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement departmental strategies.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial reporting.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
