🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects.
• Deep technical background and understanding of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana.
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of project managers and support staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
