📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including those related to wages, working hours, and safety.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on labor rights and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze workplace data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee concerns and issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging labor laws to ensure our workplace remains compliant and competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee and labor relations, preferably in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of resolving conflicts and improving workplace morale.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in labor relations or HR management is a plus.
