📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in achieving operational goals.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license.
