Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistent brand standards across all locations.Lead and motivate the team to achieve company goals and objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as inventory management.Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Passionate about food and service, with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.🛠️ Keahlian
