📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and competition benchmarking.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to promote our products and services.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the water heater and heat pump systems industry.
  • Strong understanding of the water heater and heat pump systems market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
