Environmental Indokarya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Lead (SOC Lead) to join our team in Jakarta Raya. You will work closely with our IT team and other stakeholders to develop and implement security policies and procedures, and to monitor and respond to security incidents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, including monitoring and responding to security incidents,Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company's assets and data,Work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure the security of our systems and networks,Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks,Provide training and support to employees on security best practices and procedures,Maintain and update the company's security incident response plan,Monitor and analyze security trends and threats to proactively protect the company's interests,Collaborate with law enforcement and other security experts as needed to investigate and respond to security incidents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar role,Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and procedures,Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools,Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
