GS Paperboard & Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive - Internal Audit to join our team in Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage internal audit activities across our regional operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Bali with the possibility of regional travel.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing audit plans, as well as providing strategic advice to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage internal audit activities across regional operations.
  • Design, implement, and oversee audit plans to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on risk management and internal control.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal audit staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of international auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
