📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and staff,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Collaborate with other departments to drive the company's strategic objectives,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management roles,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
