Depot Kirana Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Assistant Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing support to the finance team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of financial processes, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and other required documents.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data for reporting purposes.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and financial management is a plus.
