We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Governance Associate to join our team in Indonesia. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate governance projects, contributing to the development and implementation of robust governance practices within our portfolio companies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.,Conduct due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions, assessing corporate governance risks and opportunities.,Monitor and report on the corporate governance performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company boards, management, and auditors, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of corporate governance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with developments in corporate governance standards, regulations, and best practices, and advise portfolio companies accordingly.,Support the Corporate Governance team in the development and implementation of training programs for portfolio company management and board members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate governance, investment banking, or a related field.,Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, standards, and regulations, including those set forth by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).,Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with corporate governance software and tools is a plus.
