Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in school events and activities to strengthen the school community and support student engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Promote a safe and respectful school environment by enforcing school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to teach English as a second language.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms, such as Google Classroom and Kahoot!.
• Commitment to the values and mission of Menara Kasih Foundation.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian law.
