Express Town Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Recruiter in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.,Conduct interviews and provide feedback to the Recruiter.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the Recruiter as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
