In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchants, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our EDC services. You'll work closely with our merchant success team to provide excellent customer service and support, and you'll have the opportunity to grow your sales and develop your career within our dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchants in Tana Tidung and surrounding areas.
• Schedule and conduct on-site visits to merchants to demonstrate our EDC services and answer any questions they may have.
• Assist merchants with the setup and configuration of our EDC devices.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure merchants are satisfied with our services.
• Track and report on merchant acquisition metrics, such as conversion rates and sales velocity.
• Collaborate with the merchant success team to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchant acquisition and EDC services.
• Participate in sales training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or payment processing industry.
• Proven track record of successful merchant acquisition and sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with merchants and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with EDC devices, payment processing systems, and merchant services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to merchant locations as needed.
