🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a focus on fleet and heavy machinery.
• Certification in Preventive Maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional - CMARP) is a plus.
• Proven experience with maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
