📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on food and beverage industry preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
