The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management and a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance. This role is crucial in ensuring our vehicles are in optimal condition, reducing downtime, and maintaining safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.,Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance.,Oversee driver training and safety programs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and usage.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle fleet-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
