Bidang Putri Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. We are a growing dental clinic located in Ciputat, Banten, and we are seeking a professional HR Staff to assist in our recruitment and employee relations processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and assisting with employee relations issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
