Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Reviewing financial statements, transactions, and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and provide valuable insights.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
