Agung Citra Medical Center is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and providing support to the accounting team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and preparing payroll reports.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and preparation of bank reconciliations.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the medical center.,Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (IPSAS).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
