📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store crew members to ensure efficient operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.,Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the store crew.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
