📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage the financial reporting process, including month-end close, financial statements, and audits.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure financial goals are met.,Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and banks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
