📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Facilitate training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development into the overall business strategy,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS),Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
