📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability of products/services.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
