Property Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchasing professional to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure that our property development projects are supplied with the necessary materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, has excellent negotiation skills, and can work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials and equipment.
• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and equipment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
