Puskesmas Intan Sate is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team immediately. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule and manage appointments for patients and doctors.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and information.,Handle patient inquiries and provide information about the clinic's services and policies.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
