📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the business in the region,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management,Train and develop the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge,Identify and address any operational issues that may arise,Ensure that all sales and operational activities comply with company policies and procedures,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools,Ability to travel frequently as required,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
