All About People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across various aspects of our business, with a particular focus on real estate and compliance matters.
As a Senior Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates within the bounds of the law and that our legal obligations are met. You will also be responsible for advising on and managing real estate transactions, as well as ensuring that our compliance programs are effective and up-to-date.

Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees on a wide range of legal matters,Manage and advise on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing,Ensure that the company's legal obligations are met, including those relating to employment law, data protection, and environmental law,Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure that the company operates within the bounds of the law,Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company,Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters,Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters as required,Maintain and update the company's legal documentation and records🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law, with particular expertise in real estate and compliance matters,Experience in advising on and managing real estate transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Professional legal qualifications, such as a Solicitor or Barrister, are preferred,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
