📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of 11KV electrical systems in premium commercial properties.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and repairs to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
• Conduct regular maintenance schedules and document all activities for compliance and future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building operations, preferably in high-voltage electrical systems (11KV).
• Certified Electrician with a valid license to work on high-voltage systems.
• Proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power quality analyzers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
