📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve collection issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the collections team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations and collections, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes, tools, and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving collection efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
