📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and control traffic flow around construction sites using traffic signals and barriers.
• Implement safety measures to protect workers and pedestrians from potential hazards.
• Coordinate with site personnel, including contractors and supervisors, to ensure effective traffic management.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Use traffic management software and tools, such as TrafficMaster or similar, to plan and implement traffic control strategies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential risks.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on traffic safety and management practices.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic incidents and safety violations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Traffic Management Officer (TMO) certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic management, preferably in construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience with traffic management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
