📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for elementary school students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open communication and ensure student success.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to enrich the educational experience.
• Utilize educational software such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, and Kahoot! to enhance teaching and learning.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching elementary school students.
• Valid teaching certification or license (preferably from Indonesia).
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and support staff.
• Passion for inspiring and nurturing young learners.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
