As an Experienced Barista at Iris Bakehouse, you’ll be the heart of our coffee operations, working across our locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your daily tasks will include brewing specialty coffee using state-of-the-art equipment like our La Marzocco machines, creating artful latte art, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

• Brew exceptional coffee using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment like La Marzocco machines.
• Create artful latte art and other specialty drinks to delight our customers.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control for coffee supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to brew and serve high-quality coffee using various methods and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Barista or similar coffee-related qualifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet customer demands.
