• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Optimize routes and schedules using advanced logistics software such as SAP and JDE
• Monitor and analyze shipment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage tracking systems and GPS technology to ensure real-time visibility of shipments
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and logistics activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, JDE, or similar
• Strong knowledge of logistics best practices and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and other advanced logistics technologies
