📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize financial and accounting operations to ensure the financial health and compliance of our projects.
• Manage accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration and accounting, with a strong background in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
