📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to our hotel staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
• Implement and maintain our IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze our IT systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Work with our IT team to implement new technologies and systems, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into our operations.
• Train and mentor our hotel staff on the use of our IT systems and tools.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Collaborate with our IT team to develop and implement a disaster recovery plan, ensuring business continuity in the event of an IT-related incident.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.
• Strong knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with IT security measures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
