In this role, you'll handle daily cash flow management, process invoices, and ensure timely payments from clients. You'll also work closely with our sales and operations teams to resolve any financial discrepancies and maintain strong client relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoice processing, collection, and follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare regular financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payments and resolve any issues.
• Participate in financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing team to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial recording and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Certification in financial accounting or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
